Cell Penetrating Peptide (CPP) Conjugated Oligonucleotides

CPPs are short peptide sequences, typically no longer than 30 residues, that have the ability to cross cell membranes, facilitate endosomal escape and deliver covalently linked nucleic acids into cells. The CPP conjugation strategy has been widely used in oligonucleotide delivery, including siRNA, PMO, PNA, etc. IntegrateRNA has the ability to synthesize and conjugate a variety of CPPs, including common CPPs and tissue-specific CPPs.

Circular RGD-conjugated oligonucleotides

Cyclic RGD (cRGD) peptides are one of the most successful examples of targeting peptides. cRGD binds to αVβ3/5 integrins expressed at high levels in tumor cells and vascular endothelial cells. Conjugation of this peptide to oligonucleotides facilitates the accumulation and expression of the biological activity of RNA in tumor cells in vivo and in vitro. Therefore, cRGD-conjugated oligonucleotides are highly targeted to tumor cells and tissues. IntegrateRNA provides customers with custom cRGD-conjugated oligonucleotides with desired modifications.
