IntegrateRNA Develops Customized CircRNA Pull-down Detection Service to Identify The Interaction Between miRNA/RBP and circRNA

IntegrateRNA, the branch of Creative Biogene, is a leading provider of complete solutions for RNA discovery, expression analysis, functional research and mechanism analysis. IntegrateRNA focuses on developing tailor-made products and services for non-coding RNAs such as circRNA, lncRNA, and miRNA etc. Recently, IntegrateRNA announced the release of its circRNA pull-down detection service to identify the interaction miRNA/RBP and circRNA.

The whole research of circRNA can be divided into several steps, including prediction, screening, identification, expression analysis, function analysis and mechanism analysis. IntegrateRNA provides RNA-seq, microarray and bioinformatics analysis services to help customers predict and screen target circRNA under different conditions. qPCR and northern blotting were used to further verify the expression of candidate circRNA. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is used to provide information about the location of candidate circRNAs.

For further functional research, IntegrateRNA introduced circRNA overexpression and knockdown strategies to manipulate circRNA expression. In addition, a variety of methods are used to reveal circRNA-miRNA and circRNA-protein interactions, including bioinformatics prediction, luciferase reporter gene detection, RNA immunoprecipitation, and RNA pull-down. IntegrateRNA provides a one-stop solution to accelerate the discovery and preclinical development of circRNA biomarkers.

RNA pull-down is an in vitro technique that uses labeled RNA as a bait to detect protein-RNA interactions. Currently, biotinylated probes based on reverse splicing junction sequences are widely used in circRNA pull-down detection. However, because the probe sequence overlaps with the usually more abundant linear host RNA, it is difficult to completely exclude the interference of the host linear RNA. IntegrateRNA introduces the latest circRNA pull-down technology to help identify the interaction between miRNA/RBP and circRNA.

The workflow of circRNA Pull-down Assay mainly includes the construction of labeled circRNA expression vector; the construction of capture protein expression vector; co-transfection; inducing the expression of captured protein; pull-down assay using labeled antibody; elution; detection of eluted protein and RNA.

“Based on years of RNA research experience, IntegrateRNA has introduced the latest circRNA pull-down technology to help you identify the interaction between miRNA/RBP and circRNA. Each project is fully customized to meet your scientific needs.” said Marcia Brady, the marketing director of Creative Biogene, she also claimed, “Our experienced team can provide flexible solutions for any individual requirements. We guarantee our customers the most reliable and efficient research services with faster turnaround time and lower prices.”
