Antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) is a new type of highly targeted and highly effective biological drug, which has become a powerful therapeutic agent for tumors and blood diseases in recent years. The mechanism of action of ADC is to bind to the target antigen on the cell surface, and then internalize the target antigen through antigen-mediated endocytosis, transport it to the lysosome, and release it effectively through the proteolytic degradation of the antibody part and the cleavage of the linker load.
